The collection and processing of personal data is designed to be in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.
The Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF may unilaterally and at any time alter, modify, add to, or rectify this Privacy Policy without prior notice.

Legal Basis for the Collection and Processing of Personal Data
By accessing and using estadioalgarve.pt, its content, and/or our services, the user freely and expressly consents, through an unequivocal positive act, to the collection and processing of their personal data, requested or optionally provided by them, by the Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF under the terms set out herein.
Purposes for Processing Personal Data
The data provided and collected by the Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF are intended for the following purposes:
- Sending informative communications about our services.
- Developing our business and services.
- Sending promotional communications.

Legal Bases for Processing Personal Data

Categories of Personal Data We Process
- Name and Contact Details: We collect your first and last name, email address, address, phone number, and other similar contact data.
- Demographic Data: Age, gender, country, and preferred language.
- Usage Data: We collect data about your interactions with our services. This includes data such as the features you use, items you purchase, web pages you visit, and search terms you enter. It also includes data about your device and the network you use to connect to our services, including IP address, device identifiers (such as IMEI number for phones), regional and language settings. It includes information about operating systems and other software installed on your device, including product keys. It includes data about the performance of the services and any problems you experience derived from your use of those services.
- Location Data: We collect data about your location, which can be precise or imprecise. Precise location data may include Global Position System (GPS) data, as well as data that identifies nearby cell towers and Wi-Fi hotspots, which are collected when you enable location-based services or features. Imprecise location data includes, for example, a location derived from your IP address or data indicating a city or postal code.

Security of Your Personal Data
The Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF employs measures to protect the information collected from loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorized access, misuse, and alteration.
Although the transmission of data over the internet or website cannot guarantee total security against intrusions, the Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF and our service providers and business partners make the best efforts to implement and maintain physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
The Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF adopts internal procedures and at the subcontracting level (where applicable), to deal with cases of personal data breaches (likely to result in a risk to the rights of data subjects), including detection, identification, and investigation of circumstances, mitigating measures, information circuits between controller and subcontractor, involvement of the Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF and notification to the CNPD of personal data breaches, in accordance with the deadlines provided in the regulation (within 72 hours after becoming aware of the same).
Data Retention Period
The Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF retains your data only for the period necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
Once the maximum retention period is reached, your personal data will be irreversibly anonymized (with anonymized data being retained) or will be securely destroyed.
For the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (customer service and marketing), your personal data will be retained for up to 12 to 18 months from the collection of your consent or the last contact made (whichever occurs last), and if, within this period, you have not withdrawn your consent.
Right to Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection (ARCO) of Personal Data
Under the GDPR, the data subject has the right to request from the data controller access to their personal data, as well as their rectification or deletion.
The data subject also has the right to withdraw the consent given to the processing of the same, at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent previously given.

Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
Under the GDPR, it is informed that the data subject has the right to lodge complaints with the competent supervisory authority, in this case, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (National Data Protection Commission).

Subject to certain conditions, you may have the right to request that we:
- Provide you with additional information on the use we make of your personal data;
- Provide you with a copy of the personal data you have provided to us;
- Provide the personal data you have provided to us to another data controller at your request;
- Update any inaccuracies in the personal data we retain;
- Delete personal data whose use is no longer legitimate;
- Restrict the way we use your personal data until the complaint is investigated.
Your exercise of these rights is subject to certain exceptions aimed at safeguarding the public interest (prevention or detection of crimes) or our interest (maintenance of professional secrecy).
If you exercise any of these rights, we will proceed with their analysis and will respond within 1 (one) month.

Consumer Information

Electronic Complaints Book
Customers or users who wish to express dissatisfaction regarding the provision of services, product marketing, or service quality can formally file a complaint, which will be analyzed and addressed by the Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF. The complainant must provide identification elements that enable the analysis and clearly and completely describe the facts that motivate the complaint. The complaint can be filed in three possible ways:

The Associação de Municípios Loulé/Faro-AMLF always formally communicates the decision, whether the complainant is in the right or in other cases. All efforts are made to conclude the complaint processes promptly. In cases of high complexity, the complainant is kept informed through the most appropriate means.
